I believe that you have already been answered in Discord by Timeless. If you didnt read i can copy paste , what Timeless post there. You are responsible for your own account or protecting your own accounts....jewels can not simply disappear unless someone took it or you used it or sold it.. 1) Administration does not return any missing characters or missing items. 1) You take full responsibility for whatever happens with your account. It's you who must keep hackers, evil friends, younger brothers and other potential threats away from your account.
