HUGEEEE PROBLEM EE stop buff in long-term afk... I lost my fckn top 5~! Cuz didn't know that if i vent to sleep,ee will stop buff after some time.. At first I found the problem should be zen... BUUUT it's not! Asking in post... Some people told me that this bug appeared for around 1 year and the admin not trying to fix it... is it true? if yes we 8~ players are gonna leave, cuz it's impossible to be around pc all day n night... we have a life.... I mean real life! Regards.

Hello there, I think this is a bug, but I'm not sure. If you want to enter the castle of blood or any other event and you have done even one kill, you cannot enter any event. I should let you in anyway and I think it's a bug.

Greetings, First and foremost, thank you for the admins and developers for creating this wonderful and systematically balanced server, it is quite hard to find servers like this. More power to the team behind. I would like to address some of the issues we have found in the website, regarding market item filtering: 1. Unable to see the tick box / checkbox for the Excellent Weapon Options. 2. Lacking one of the most important filters, which is the Sorting of Prices either from lowest to highest or vice versa. 3. Possible addition of Sorting by Currency; which will be by Coins, GC, Web Zen, or Jewels. On the other hand, not sure if the first issue is browser-based, as we are using Chrome & Firefox most of the time - we see the error in both browsers. We are looking forward for your response to see if we have a solution for these kind of issues; my thanks. Best, Yami & Friends

Hello, there is a bug in the buff of the energy elf and the summoner. The summoner activates the berserker takes away the dmg of the ee. When the ee activates the dmg of the ee it removes the berserker. This takes a lot of dmg out of the summoner at a party. Regards

@timelessyou mentioned that you using licensed server and you can't configure anything but here something is not right because there is no any cooldown for teleport for sm on official mu online server, furthermore why I can't attack during teleport, this is ridiculous. How I should PvP against elf, dk or rf? This skill was originally developed for sm and requires technic how to use it, please remove all limitations for it.

There is bug with party, after hit "P" or whenever party leader reconected party not working anymore(party bar still shown but no exp any more). Please fix this, very annoying especially in nigths when you cant re-create that party.

Hello, at 14:25 19.09.20 (Traded Before this Bundle From xBuffy (my another character)) i Had a bug^ I bought Jewel of Life 30 bundle From Kejmil I logged to Account and tried to place then in bank and during this time i got Disconnected and when i did reconnect they did dissappear. Now i will check other JOL bundles that i did buy earlier. Need Help please!

Hello, I have the following issue. When i bough Warrior's leather boots from the market and added the Addition defence with life, their name dissapeared. After trying to create 2nd wings and failing, their name appeared again. On my second attempt i upped them to +11 and everything was fine. They had +4 ad and my total chance was 44%. After adding to +20 ad, their name dissapeared again and my combination was 20% with the same items, just changing the +ad on the boots. Can you please assist?

Hi, Today I was removing a harmony option off of one of my items. During the process while my item was placed in the "restoration" window, I got disconnected, because my vip expired. When I got back in the game, the item was missing. So there are two parts to this: Firstly, is there any chance that i could get back my item? And secondly, would it be possible to have some kind of warning wither in game or in web, that my vip is about to expire? Some kind of popup or something similar to catch users attention.

Please fix doppleganger item (weapon) drop config. Currently every weapon that drops after completing the event only has both or one of the two excelent options. It's either "Increase acquisition rate of Life after hunting monsters +life/8" or "Increase acquisition rate of Mana after hunting monsters +Mana/8" or both, but NEVER any other exc option. I have completed that even countless times and never received any excellent option for weapons other than the two I mentioned. Other items seem to be ok and are dropping with various exc options on them. Thanks

Hi, I am playing on "high" server and after my 26th reset I logged in and saw that I only have 764 experience points to add even though I have 26 resets and 2 grand resets. Obviously something went wrong during the character reset process. Please fix it. I would like to get my experience points back. I have attached a screenshot of what my character panel looks like now. Thanks.

Every time afther i make reset i get Dc when i still wear bone blade,when i remove it when im low lvl Its all fine.. Any suggestion what to do ? so i can wear it all the time? not only from 380-400,,
